If one wants to import a new car, or something with under 50k on the odo, has to be 1.3L or more, within a range of 2.5 mil. What would be the options?

Suzuki ignis brand new should be around 2.0 mil.
Suzuki baleno brand new should be under 2.2mil.(1.0l turbo)
Toyota aqua can be had almost new in 2.3 mil
Honda Fit hybrid almost new should be about 2.5mil

Don't like the aqua, looking for a non-hybrid. Honda can be considered but not preferred. Something that can withstand roads with ditches(Hondas usually can't)

If sin was something outside religion

I would say comparing both these cars a sin

Truely Axio Hybrid has nothing to offer in front of Prius Alpha

Well both suzuki can withstand rough roads (that what online reviews say) plus ignis has ample ground clearance, but suffers from rear leg room.
Umar bhai recommended some of the best/sensible options.
But if you don't mind going out of the way. I really like Nissan Latio (1.2l). Good rear leg room, comfortable car, reasonably priced (1.7mil) with a good amount of convenience features(G trim).

spares are surely not available here you have ot import them when needed

but thats not an issue these days

Can't afford to leave the vehicle parked for a few days.. if mechanical parts are available and body aren't, that is understandable and bearable but If both aren't, then that vehicle can be kept as a luxury. Not for day to day

mechanical parts are only available for Toyota & partially for Honda

you need to stick to them if do not want to end up in a hassle

Fyi: The outside temperature thermometer is behind the front bumper just in case you were wondering

tip: If a 3rd gen isnt showing outside temp most likely its front hit & the thermometer wasnt replaced etc.
