each car has a different duty structure

i think you have calculated with duty around PKR 4.50 - 4.75 Lacs

I think it depends on the brand not on the country of production. For e.g even if a prius is manufactured in uk and then imported to pak we would have to pay same custom duty as we pay on a japan produced prius and vise versa even if a 1800cc benz is manufactured in japan it would not fall under the 1800cc custom duty structure which is set for a 1800cc jdm car.
How ever i am not 100% sure about what i have written above and umer bhai can further clear it out .

Brother, its the Country of the Brand to more Clear, since Mitsubishi is of Japanese Origin thus its so.

The Duty Structure is the Same for Cars of Asian Origin not Just Japanese with Fixed ITP Values & all non-Asian Brands will suffer due to Higher ITP Vavlues on which duties are based upon
