I think u will remember almost 7 month ago I contact you for duplicate smart key for my Prius. I was not familiar with you as well you was not, the only reference was PW. You arrange a person at your office for me for smart key, I also met your father, a really nice personality. Although my problem was not solved there coz my Prius having a different security features than normal Prius in the market but ur cooperation was really nice n friendly. Much appreciated.
