Asif bhai jo bemar huy wo alttidue sickness ki wajah se (I don't think so) ya koi or wajah? you took meds right away ??? just curious Allah ka karam hay ajj tak esa nahi hua but just in case agar kabhi future may hua so its always good to know what to do.
yes it was not altitude sickess as such but i got fatigued because of hectic routine fro the past few weeks b4 trek............ i was also traveling b4 that........ yes i had med and took them for fever and headache....... but my situation was not good enuf to trek further.... u shud alwayz carry basic meds with u alwayz........
