no we dont use it, infact we have better alternative to it called "Stochastics"

we dont need to make relationships, we only need to co-relate and estimate and thats what stochastics is all about

once , the zip of my favorite pant broke...got it fixed several times, but it used to break..

engineers use algebra..
mechanical engineers, and civil..
and chemists use algebra..
there are other fields which use algebra as well..

i guess telecom engineers dont have to use it...

O man what are u saying... Out of 4 yrs telecom engineering, 2.5 yrs are spent in studying Algebra in its different forms, by the time u complete your degree, you are in love with mathematics :P.

I had a teacher who gave us real tough time in maths.... In his jawani he got scholarship for MS in Electrical engg but when he came back, he was a Ph.D in Mathematics instead of engg
