Stop thinking about yourself & the incidents that happen to you during daily life.... Don't take yourself too seriously & think that you are someone special... Come out of yourself & start thinking bigger... Look at others, enjoy their happiness, their mistakes & you will no longer have Faltu time to think about your self & the past happenings.
You, me, and everyone else here are just ordinary people.... Everyone is passing through more or less the same circumstances... Only difference is the attitude towards life....... Some people think too much about themselves & how life treated them, while others don't waste their energies in useless thoughts.
Just enjoy the beautiful show Allah has arranged for us all.... Life is beautiful seriously 
Two tips of the day for you 
1- Whenever you get free time, keep counting in reverse order like 10,9,8,7.....0 & gradually increase the series i.e after say a week, start from 100,99,98,....0 & so on until the negative twists of mind get untangled.
2- Sit alone in a park or any other suitable place & write down your thoughts & feelings on a paper at least 5-6 lines.... Now just fold that paper & keep it with you. DONOT tear or through away that paper.... Read all your writings after 3-4 days & think over them as a 3rd person... I bet you will laugh & then you will realise where is the issue & what actually is not normal
