I think its used by some nurses in cardiac departments - honestly..
to correct low BP
hot nurse dressed in loose buttoned scrubs speaking in husky high pitched voice softly checking your BP
to correct high BP
frigid, scarred, emo type fat middle aged nurse with giant mole on nose with a couple of thick hairs sticking out of it, checking BP with shovel sized hands more akin to wrestling the arm.
For borders inside KPK replace female with male in some cases (some anomalies exist there)
