quite true - but a person having both knowledge and skill can take a question from various degrees, a person with just skill will lack the explanation, a person with just knowledge will also balk if a situation was presented in reverse. - but a good HR person can detect that easily - its kind of like me.. Im good at doing stuff and explaining how its done, but my bosses have said I would be a terrible teacher

i have to agree with them if you are a teacher you will use the danda rule and students will run away and for most stupid questions they will start making threads on PW.

i recomend that you should not go in teaching field allot of people will gonna hate you for that.

i cannot be a good teacher also as i have number of examples to quote and i will confuse the student. and i am not a very good team player ( never worked in a team enviroment, never gota chance to do so till today )
