Its not moving. Its standing still. and smells like standing water. Even small streams move. but Indus at this point is not moving.

They must be storing water in Tarbela for later use to irrigate crops. It is only a seasonal variation. The mountains and glaciers of Pakistan are the envy of the world with plenty of water. The snow will start melting soon, I am sure.
