My worst flight was in June 2000 from London-Heathrow to Islamabad via PIA. Kids crying, women swearing and men shouting all the night and toilets overflowing with crap.

Actually, I have never had a bad experience flying to and from North America to Pakistan via PIA. It is the quickest flight available. Taking any MidEast carrier adds a few hours at least, and the change in plane and passengers from the stopover to Pakistan is beyond horrible. Getting to and from the MidEast hub from any place in the West is great, of course.

Simply call it WORSE then PAK RAILWAY economy class, but you experienced a 85% Pakistani Life in Air that's something NEW

Strangely, although I am a regular domestic PIA traveller from 1990 onwards, I have never experienced an unpleasant flight yet. All flights have been uneventful and generally nice. I travelled to Turkey last year via Qatar Airways and found it to be an average airline with average service. The hype seen in advertisements is probably for first class passengers.

Strangely, although I am a regular domestic PIA traveller from 1990 onwards, I have never experienced an unpleasant flight yet. All flights have been uneventful and generally nice. I travelled to Turkey last year via Qatar Airways and found it to be an average airline with average service. The hype seen in advertisements is probably for first class passengers.

The interesting thing is that most PIA passengers are themselves so rude to everyone, including each other, that the staff simply respond in kind. PIA staff have always responded with kind and prompt service when I have requested any attention from them, both in the air and on the ground.

Will share, till now I like the comparison of Indian and Pakistani Corolla grande nicely narrated + the car sure part very informative for novice buyers/sellers.

Isn't the FJ/Prado/4Runner/HiLux/Vigo frame basically the same?

They were UK nationals of Pakistani origin and there was a Norwegian Pakistani woman at the back she was tunn and men were teasing her in vulgar language and there was a gathering of men at the back who were travelling in non-smoking seats but smoking standing over my head and the crew was helpless to move then away despite my protests. It was a packed 747 with real paindu and ill mannered creatures.

There is really no way of ascertaining posts online. I have tried using PW at least four times to buy/sell cars and it has not been great.

Most recently, a so-called "dealer" posted his details here. When I arrived at his "office" in Clifton, nobody knew who he was. I left. He called again and insisted that's where he works.
