a new methodology is adopted to facilitate tribal population using NCP cars for commuting, in non urban locations & operate as taxis in border region across balochistan & kpk. The owner / driver has to register the car under his valid CNIC and a temporary NCP regn number (marked not for transfer / sale outside registered region) is issued with the engine & chassis number, such cars will not be allowed to cross certain perimeters to enter urban locations.

according to law makers this will have ripple effect to control stolen vehicle movement & control body + engine swap without legit fee payment.

but it is highly resisted by the cartel operators and i personally believe it can only be implemented under NECTA

ALL NCPs sitting remote areas of KPK and Baluchistan showrooms to be impounded.
is it really going to be happen or just a Hoax

That was the case since longtime where all NCPs could be used in certains areas but even this need to be stoppedand the arrival of such cars in the country should be stopped in 1st place.
Now rumors are that a central registration system has to be deployed with a yearly fitnes test based renewal.
Elimination of NCPs is a part of it.
