How exactly ?
--->Private school built on private property can't do things the way it wants to?
For example, you go to a german language class, the teacher forbids you from using any language other than german. Evil, pathetic teacher right?
If you go to a high end private school, you go there to be groomed into someone "presentable" (commonly used term in job ads, but no outrage on that, but let me tell you what it means: don't come to workplace wearing a dhoti and rang branga kurta speaking desi punjabi and holding a chharri), someone decent, someone who can communicate flawlessly in Urdu and English, as preparation for elite universities and then positions high up on the corporate ladder.
Students can speak punjabi at their own time as much as they want, but when you're at the school, you follow the school's rules. Otherwise there really is no purpose of the private school, if it can't groom you. You should just stay at home or go to some govt. school, save your parents a fortune.
Purpose of a private school is to save your a$$ in situations such as this (skip to after the ad, where the company management gets to speak, 0:45):

BTW : It's a fake award. It's an international scam. These people contact companies worldwide, telling them they've won some kind of a quality award in some place (will never be the company's home country). They sell them hotel/ticket packages, plus DVD/CD of event etc. That's how they profit. Bigger companies have fallen prey too. A Reliance (big Indian company) subsidiary fell for this scam too. Also, note tattoos on the presenters (cheap low end models).
