This picture was taken in Bosniak-Albanian city of Plav and Gusinje, in Sandžak, today Montenegro,

in 1912-1913 when the Ottomans lost the Balkan War, Montenegrians forcibly baptized Muslims and forcefully tried to convert them to become christians, around 12500 Muslims were baptized under the threat of their lives. 90% of them didn't accepted Christianity and continued being Muslims, when their lives were safe.

I'm guessing this is what the problem is :

This is what the bikes do all the time that causes problems(go wrong way to avoid the long distance of the proper u turn that they should be using)...

The other problem is that the Kinnaird parking/drop-off area allows for the u-turn to used, except ONLY JUST. And at the cost of signal-free road getting choked due to sideways traffic. This must be the problem you're talking about.

Kinnaird people should not be allowed to use that u-turn to get to kinnaird, they should use the next u-turn. The traffic police have tried ALOT to stop cars from doing that (to maintain proper signal free flow) but have failed EVEN WITH CHALLANS !! Pakistani Mentality, can't have good things EVER...

Also, if another u-turn were made specifically for the kinnaird people say 100m ahead, there would be the same problem, not enough distance for traffic to merge (which will slow down the signal-free flow).
