Found it, forgot to update the solutions here. Thanks.
1) Evernote syncs S notes. Normal notes can be synced with OneNote too.
2) Adobe reader syncs pdf.
3) Camscanner syncs scanned documents.
4) MS Office syncs office related files.
Actually i was looking for one simple app performing all these functions, since the user was not expert, but this is reasonable solution too, not bad atleast.
Sync helps a lot, more people should use it.
