This mindset is really hard to change... day by day more and more "roti banks" are opening and more and more people are give them money in the name of islam....
People giving them money are the cause for these mafia groups...
We all see that every in near eid and Ramadan huge amount of so called poor beggars enter city for there business but still we don't stop give them money...
These facilities cant be closed, as owners are earning from these facilities, and some are even using them for black white money game....
Just stop giving them money and they will be closed automatically... I have myself stoped giving money to these beggars...
If you want to give money, give it to "siut" or any other place, but no them....
