This is the basic issue which is of masses concern and makes sense.
The implications to have a such 'CHOICE' Against the determined Gender at the time of birth is irking masses, am too of that concern. What if .. a person choose to be a FEMALE / MALE under choice by LAW have access to the Hostel where my Daughter / Sister / Son / Brother are staying for study or while working somewhere away from town.
Who will be responsible for their safety and sanity ?? How would they be safe from such 'constitutionally' accepted male or female where as by birth the person is male / female -
on the other hand 'Madarssah' / 'Female Orphange will become another Hide Out for physical abuse under such law.
