Day-2
We stayed @ Fc rest house saif ul malook road.reached naran at about 6pm in evevning.I called shoaib guide (an old buddy) & have a word with him regarding next days plan.We decided to go to saif ul malook next day & I requested him to acompany me.he is an old friend of mine.I got late on day 2 & we loaded the jeep with our camping stuff for saif ul malook at abt 1200 noon.
Reached lake in 45 mins & set our camp on the left bank of the lake.While Shoaib was fixing the camp I take a walk along with my son Hassan till the base of Malka Parbat.When we came back tent was fixed & my wife was cooking chicken bayrani on our red gas stove.This stove has a history.It travelled with me on almost every tour of north as well as several hunting tours.I purchsed this red gas cylinder stove for Rs:500 in 1997 & it still is working perfectly & always provide food to me, my family & my hungry jeeper friends.
Saif ul malook lake has a special attraction.I akways visit thism lake when ever I visit Naran valley.I think without her deedar Naran tour is incomplete.We stayed on the lake till evening.After taking food my both sons & their mother go to sleep inside the red tent.this tent bellongs to Ahsan (Para Pilot) & special thanks to him again to make my family comfortable.
