Identical in many details . Firstly glad to know your brother is safe and prosperous in life . I recalled correctly that was not sarya but an angle iron of truck(same like your quoted accident) . That guy was alone in the car and called himself for ambulance. Strange thing in that accident was angle iron remained stationary at its position after penetrating his body and seat .

Seems like BMWs Dividers have a good relationship. Story I heard of this guy, a Lebanese guy was driving this E90 BMW 3 series and he tried to overtake on a Yellow Lane(Which is only For Emergencies or Police) and ended up crashing on a divider.
