lets move on....This hotel was good and comfortable and after so much traveling, had a good sleep..this was our third night out of home.first in Islamabad, second Abbotabad third in naran...First morning in Naran was very bright and sunny...
Two choices for breakfast.....order in the room and second going in the bazar and hunting your own choice...preferred second....and found a good place....hotel of Lahori guys with all "Parathas" and stuff..
Family preferred to stay in mini and have breakfast there but me and abdul (our assistant) enjoyed breakfast standing in the hotel besides the road...
After breakfast decided to see a big glacier which was very much intact and very near to Naran Bazar..this was on the way but we could not notice due to darkness...Have a look at beautiful valley of Naran...also notice our mini parked on the other side of the road...looking like a dinky:).
Me:$ and Abdul with camera bag on his shoulder getting ready to climb the glacier....
A mountain of Solid ice......
Another nice view of Naran...while going up the glacier...difficult job because it was extremely slippery..
Anyhow "OLD MAN" managed to reach the top...
My son slipping on the ice and Abdul trying to help him...
Checking the hardness of the ice...notice the height of this glacier...
Another view of this dust covered glacier..
Lush green mountains of Naran...
Another nice view from the top of the glacier....notice our "dinky" at left lower corner...
Locals made this Ice slide and they were offering a go in Rs.5...something dangerous to attempt....
Cameras in both hands...
