I wonder y didn't u hired horse to go up towards saif-ul-malok.It would have definately been less treacherous then the jeep ride.
About the traffic jamm,this is the thing i hate most about our locals,they just want to take as many ppl as they can to the lake as possible and make money.chahaye wahan par meela lag jaye they dont care.Ppl go there, eat and throw trash in the lake or in the nalla coming from lake,which is disgusting.It's such a heavenly and beautiful place and ppl treat it like a pros****te,and locals have major role in making her so.I wish locals could learn tht ppl come there to see the beauty of nature and if there isn't any left due to littering,no one will come,so they should tell ppl not to litter at such places.plus ppl should show some sense that,yeh unke abba g ki property nahi hai,kah jahan dil kiya wrapper pehink diya or jahan dil kia khali bottle.And i have seen quite educated ppl doing soo.
I'm not pointing fingers at anyone but cursing the poor sightedness/illiterate behavior of our ppl.
