I have seen a package of small refrigerator / ice maker / coffee maker in a Toyota Hiace Super Custom model. The whole unit was fixed between the two front seats. See if you can find it from Bilal Gang in Lahore-- The used gadget taken out from a Toyota vehicle will be more useful as compared to a third party equipment with compromised quality. The stove can be used only when the vehicle is parked. On the other hand the coffee maker could be used while driving. Actually the utility of coffee maker for me is that children's milk could be heated while continuing the travel:)
I have been thinking of adding small fire extinguisher in my car for a long time-- but --- laziness ko salaam:) I think fire extinguisher is a mandatory equipment for cars in most of European countries.
