yes i have made a full log on usage with corporate 7mbps package.
i have forwarded the log and difference of performance between home package and corporate package and forwarded it to them,
yesterday they completely optimised the route of home packages in my area and then moved me back to home package.
so far home package as per my last night usage of peak hours was working fantastic.
though i have asked them to not to close my 30 month long complaint until i say so and give me 2 more days to check the performance on peak hours.
sir back in the days of PTCL in 2007 i bought my own copper wire roll for 4000 rupees and got that installed by linemen from 6 streets across where the first PTCL optic fiber was installed
i am very acute and khwaar about my internet and in islamabad you have to make things happen to make the internet service work in top order for you.
the dilemma in pakistan is that PTCL or Nayatel(to some extent) have no idea what they are selling and at certain point they start going in circles.
