baluchistan doesnt pay duties on cars. what a privilege. how come that non custom paid cars r plying the streets of baluchistan. no one objects. and we in punjab have to pay those duties. the car that a citizen in baluchistan buys for 3lacs we in punjab have to buy for 10 lacs.. we feel deprived.
