Need 50 amps alternator for cultus

Cdi coil is fine, it was a wiring problem

Since amperage is a function of wattage divided by volts, its essentially works based on supply and demand. The alternator only supplies as much amperage as each component demands.
When you install a high amperage alternator, you should consider replacing both the ground straps and the power cable that runs from the alternator to the battery with heaver gauge cable.

@capsat @margallar The carby cultus has a maximum gap setting of 0.6-0.7mm and the EFI cultus has 1.0-1.1 mainly because the ignition system in carby cultus can not make the spark jump more than 0.7mm. I want to increase this to 1.1 if possible and upgrade the ignition system to achieve this. Is it possible? How?

EFI & CARB engine have different Ignition control system, - BTW who is your 'consultant' for such 'Tweeks'. correctly timed ignition & fine tuned carb can improve upon vehicle fuel economy. I suggest overhaul the distributor and get a tune up. @syncview @xulfiqar

if you use a coil that gives greater output, the bottle neck will be the ignitor/ (called cdi by desis), it is the thing that is the bottleneck, if you use such a coil, the ignitor will die. So you will need to find something that can bear that kind of voltage

if the ignitor dies, the car won't have spark.

Just for education purposes, I want to achieve a spark plug gap of 1.1 to 1.5mm

Carby Cultus has gap of 0.6-0.7mm EFI Cultus has gap of 1.0-1.1mm

The reason is better ignition system, better COIL/IGNITOR which can make the spark jump the extra length without misfiring

Now the bottle neck is the igniter as @margallar is saying that if I put a bigger coil, it will kill the igniter so now my question is which igniter to swap with to achieve this?

Please give me doable suggestion and don't suggest MSD ignition system which will cost more than the car

Who knows after putting igniter, you will need another thing to cope up the changes.. IMO stock is better always.

did you tried to adjust the gap on existing plugs & experimented on existing coil. For high Spark you surely need a strong coil to get more voltage which can produce high [ long arc ] spark at compression in combustion chamber

the reason i am changing the alternator is that in night time when headlamps on high bright/full beams and ac turned with fan on 4 mean full blast then my horn sound goes half comparing to day i had installed original bosch horns with honda accord's relay says 45amps and 60 amps battery is installed in my car and 35amps alternator output on full load tested with DMM. sorry for the late reply i was busy in some projects. share the best grounding points so i can do it myself instead of going to electrician mostly in my area no one knows what improved grounding is.
