I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla Gli in Rose Metallic Colour
The car has never been painted.
As the car is nearly 10 years old an my father has given it to me I want to make it new again.
There are only light swirls and a few scratches.So, by my first plan is to polish it as I have probably about Rs.4000 to spen for now and INSHALLAH I'll be able to save some more till the end of month.
What I have in my mind is to use either one of these two :
1)Glasurit 562-1062 Feinpolierpaste as it is used in Toyota/Suzuki Workshops.Also, on the basis of my personal research and web surfing I think it'll do the job.
*2)Turtle Wax Compound Polish(Not Rubbing one as it more abrasive).
I wany to know if my approach is right an also pros and cons of the two products.
For protection after polish, Collinite 476 is what I have in my mind.This choice of mine is because I don't have much time to wax my car every week and I have heard it can provide protection for 6 long months an also doesn't mute the flakes of light coloured car.
If anyone has it and is willing to divide the pack in half I can contact that person as only a small quantity is required for waxing whole car and that after 6-8 months so the whole pack would just waste away.
