The only thing that i have changed so far is RTD LED M02K headlight, every other thing is stock be it a battery horn or indicators, I'm trying to change the battery so everything works flawlessly and i shouldn't have to be worrying about battery acid spilling electrolyte water level & stuff..
5amp or stock?

What is the wattage of the said LED?
Finding a good fresh piece in these small maintainance free batteries is really difficult and that will not work well.
Although the battery shouldn't leak Acid either it's getting overcharged or there is a electrical short somewhere.
4 or 4.5 amp (stock is 2.5 amp) battery is more than enough for a 70cc bike.
I'm using a 100/130 watt sealed beam in my Suzuki GS 150 with it's stock 8amp battery and it's doing fine stock headlight bulb was of 35 watts only.

Nae bhai kuch nae hota. New bike ma masla nae aata. 3amp battery stock aati hai. And that gets overcharge. Because of which acid boils out. Apne dekha ho ga magnetic cover vali side pe.

The led requires 40w power it worked like charm for a month after that it started to get dim as time passed by i thought this LED is cheap so its dying i showed it to an electrician and he told me your led is fine your bike isn't charging the battery and he recommended me to put a rectifier to overcome this problem after that I installed a rectifier and the light was working flawlessly again, but when i used the light the horn wasn't working it gave weird noise and the when i used the indicators the front and rear lights of the bike started to get dim as they lit
The stock battery is 2.5amp and it spilled the acid twice and ruined the magnet cover of engine
Now I'm thinking to change the battery for bigger amps that might help :'/

Acha jii... Mainay waisay jbb 70 use ki thi to uss time 2012 me factory se stock 2.5 amp ki battery ati thi aur mainay 2016 tak wohi chalai uss time bhi waisay battery strong jaa rahi thi 4 amp k 2 horn aur sath hi stock wala horn bhi chala deti thi easily..

Okay. 40 watt continues load is no good for 2.5 amp battery then.
Still I would recommend you to get lead acid battery 4.5 amp battery fits like a charm in orignal place.
Those maintainance free batteries can't be installed like the stock one you will have to remove the stock battery hold down to fit that maintainance free battery. Also the terminals on maintainance free batteries are different.

AGS, Excide and Osaka to my knowledge all three are making 4.5 amp batteries.

Rectifier just rectifies AC signal to DC.
Battery is DC and need DC to charge.

I have used Leoch 7amp batteries in my computer UPS they used to work great it served me for 5 year's in that UPS. While my cousin also had the same UPS with his computer and he used to change battery every 8-9 month's.
So it's more about if you are able to find a fresh piece which is less than 6 month's old then that will serve well even if Chinese.
