Need help...Pioneer D Series or something else?

u can get any component u want or any speaker , but without an amp , its all going to sound like crap. on a built in setup , u need to get not more then 40rms speakers. secondly , all the new decks have a very powerfull dsp. the loud mode alone can alter sound till about 12+ db. now gaining up 12+ db alone on loud mode then Eq settings (+1 on each gain). then BBE (more db gains) then compression (more db) , how do u think a speaker can handle about 20+ DB gain on just a 25-30rms built in amp!!!! (by the way +3db is like doubling the sound ).

CONCLUSION?

u need to get all the settings down. the the music sound naturally. get the speakers to match ur amp RMS and i think it should play good.

well if u have a woofer u still need good speakers to produce clear mid n treable.. if u go for some cheap 6*9s like pioneer 6992 or 718 they will ruin ur sound quality.

as u are not a hardcore listener i will recomend u to go for polkaudio db690 or 691 in rear and db components in front and an amp..

Speakers are the problem Sony speakers are really bad they are just like JVC thats the main issue go for something better speaker wise youll be arite and make sure there are no bass leaks and wiring is proper
