Need info about Mingora to Kalaam Road Condition?

It is better not to take that risk, u might stuck in between.. Better to hire 4*4..

Road till Bahrain is in good condition.
From bahrain to Kalam there is broken track. I will suggest you park your car at bahrain or madyan and hire a local rent a car/jeep.
Last year I parked my car in miandam at the hotel I was staying and hired a car with driver till Kalam. From Kalam to Mohdand I hired a 4x4.

Don't take risk and don't go on your car it's worse road,
So better hire 4×4

Road is in bad condition but motorable. Narrow also, people block in opposite directions which is the major nuisance.

Corolla with good clearance and not loaded to the brim are going easily, but slowly. Keep 4 hours.

For Mingora-Bahrain, take the bypass which goes via Matta.

In fact my friend (Corolla) and his brother (City) joined us in Gabral from Faisalabad. Bahrain-Kalam was easier than Kalam-Gabral

Can any one tell me if Mitsubishi 1982 Pajero (2000cc) petrol engine can travel this far?

There's certainly no problem in travelling to Bahrain. Road from Bahrain to Kalam is the real deal and I think Pajero can nail it

Oh dont ask that 35 Km from bahrain to Kalam it took me 3 hrs very bad condition i regret to take my car. although people take their cars to Kalam but its very tiring it will ruined ur mood and all excitement will vanish.

I have no idea about these places as we are coming in Swat for the first time.

The road, if we can call it, is in the worst possible condition. Please avoid taking your cars to Kalam from Bahrain

Going to Bahrain/Madyan Saturday 23rd March 2019. Will update the situation.

So far what i have heard from locals, Kalam road is not good for cars but 4x4 is good to go.
