If new is only option then pearl is good option... However, keeping aside build quality, resale, drive, comfort, my main concern would be the aftersales support and parts support for it.... Are there multiple dealerships in ur area who can supply parts for it.. if yes then go for it otherwise forget it for later u would be searching for its parts in market.... I havent seen any prince dealership in khi yet, maybe it is in some not popular area.
If used is an option then 2015 Cultus is a cheaper to maintain and drive option than the delicate City or 90%beaten up civics... U can easily find a 60k driven cultus which is good as new with just regular maintenance for next 5yrs.
