Need suggestions to plan a tour of chitral from Lahore l

Assalam-o-Alaikum, I am planning to visit chitral with my family(4 Adults and 2 Kids) from Lahore by road on Honda city 2015 model. I need suggestions how to plan this tour? What are the best places / hotels to stay?

Started at 0900 AM from Islamabad with 8 family members we reaced BOMBRATE(Chitral) via Mardan, Temargara, Dir, Lowari pass at 0900 pm. Vehicle used was PRADO. I will not recommend Chitral, there is only custom in Chitral noting else.

Better to go Gilgit (Naltar) or Hunza or Devsai or Fairy Meadows
