@all
The fact that the family has forgiven a few and not all is understandable....how? lets c
As per my understanding the forgiven ones are people whos mistakes have an indirect contribution towards the occurrence, hence they must have also admitted their mistake and the families after negotiations and pleas by the accused peoples families must have considered sympathetic grounds to forgive them, if this involved the payment of some money then thats perfectly legal and acceptable (although some ignorant members here tend to think it isnt but it IS legal in all laws of the world as well as Islamic law)
Next, the unforgiven ones....first of all who says theyr non-influential people? secondly the only motive that seems logical for not forgiving them is that they knew the limitation of the supra but still went ahead with the race. The limitation of its tailing out with very high end modifications. Despite knowing that its a dangerous car to modify they pressed on, despite the fact that they knew it might endanger lives, they pressed on. This is the only reason understandable but even then the law still permitts the families of victims to reach a peace / forgivness agreement with the accused which i sincerely hope should become the outcome of this all, because no matter what we do the dead are never coming back but the wrong doers will eventually realize their mistakes, InshAllah.
