Also my car is giving bad mileage. Not more than 9km/ltr. On the same routes it used to give 11/ltr

look why don`t you spend some bucks and go to a 3S workshop they will give you a better picture.
I have tried doing that. Honda just rips off!
Crank sensor, accelerator sensor, fuel pump, could be any of these. You need to visit a mechanic instead of making people guess about the problem
The first 2are the most probable causes!
