Just hoping Ratti Galli doesn't become another Saiful Malook

Activity at the camp site.

Although it was cloudy but it did not rain in the night. We slept well in our comfortable tent.

In the morning, after breakfast, I decided that we are going to the next lake which I have seen on the google earth and Tariq sahib decided that we will go on horses. Two horses were arranged easily and we started our journey to the Hans Raj lake.

Hans Raj is a small lake about 5 km from Ratti gali lake. Its height is 12500 feet. From the camp site (about 12150 feet height) you have to go straight along the stream from Ratti gali top side, then in front of the top, turn right to reach the lake.

This track is very beautiful with green meadows studded with a variety of flowers. small and large streams flowing around and occasional herdsmen grazing their cattle.
Most of the path was on glaciers at this time of the year.

Fascinated by a blue dot on the google earth I had decided to go to this lake. This adventurous track got even more beautiful when clouds came down to greet us on the way to make it a memorable ride in the clouds.
