Neelum Valley, AJK Trip in July

I am planning a trip in 1st week of July to Neelum Valley and Sudhan Gali with family in my car (1300cc sedan). Here is the itinerary i have made for this:

Day1

Karachi -> Bahawalpur.
Stay: Bahawalpur

Day2

Bahawalpur -> Rawalpindi
Stay: Rawalpindi

Day3

Rawalpindi -> Nathiagali -> Mushkpuri top -> Nathiagali
Stay: Nathiagali

Day4

Nathiagali -> Muzaffarabad -> Pir Chanasi -> Patikka Waterfall -> Dhani Waterfall -> Teetwal (border) -> Kutton Waterfall -> Jagran Valley
Stay: Kutton

Day5

Kutton -> Dowarian
Stay: Dowarian

Day6 (Ratti Gali Lake)

Dowarian -> Ratti Gali Lake -> Dowarian
Stay: Dowarian

Day7

Dowarian -> Sharda ruins -> Kel -> Arang Kel
Stay: Arang Kel

Day8

Stay at Arang Kel

Day9

Arang Kel -> Kel -> Taobat
Stay: Taobat

Day10

Taobat -> Keran
Stay: Keran

Day11

Keran -> Chinari
Stay: Chinari

Chinari -> Chamb Waterfall -> Sudhan Gali

Sudhan Gali -> Ganga Choti or Panjal Mastan National Park -> Sudhan Gali

Sudhan Gali -> Banjosa Lake -> Rawalpindi
Stay: Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi -> Bahawalpur
Stay: Bahawalpur

Day16

Bahawalpur -> Karachi

Here are my questions:

1. Can I take my car easily to Pir Chanasi? How much time will it take from Muzaffarabad?
2. Is Day4 doable in daytime? Looks like it will be hectic.
3. Can I reach Taobat to Keran in a day?
4. Will jeeps be available at Sudhan Gali to go to Panjal Mastan for sight seeing? Is the place worth the visit?

Any other suggestions from your previous experiences to these areas?

I can guide you on point # 3. It will take a whole day to travel from Keran to TaoBat and you can take your own vehicle till KEL only. You have to hire a jeep from KEL and it will take 3-4 hours to reach TaoBat as there are 2-3 check posts of Army where you have to prove your identity first and everyone must keep his / her original NIC. It is advisable to stay at KEL and move to TaoBat on next day as it will be too hectic for you to travel on the same day!

Agreed @rehmanbaig83, we started our journey around 10 in morning from Taobat and reached at 8 pm to Keran because of the cancelled registration at Dowarian.

Day 4 is like touching the places... Jagran Hydro-power and glacier are places that can easily consume a day to visit.

From KEL onward only 4WD

hmm so I should keep a spare day somewhere near Day 4? or drop Pir Chanasi and visit it on my way back.
