Road is not very steep. Its normally ascending road. however it is rough and damaged on many parts. Also, some part of it was snow covered. But an SUV can easily manage to reach KEL. Yes, Kel is on higher altitude. But Kel has almost all basic necessities for accomodation.
Arrang Kel is on Hill top near KEL. You have to walk for 5-10 minutes in KEL to reach Doli lift. That doli lift takes u to the more than half way of arrang KEL hill. From there, u hike for around 40 minutes till top. arrang kel hill top is a large flat surface area. It was fully covered with snow surrounded with snow covered mountains.
