It will take 3 to 3.5 hrs for continuous drive. (provided No landslide or break in way)

yes, public transport is available till kudal Shahi but for kutton U may go on feet (5 KM) or hire a jeep from Kundal shahi to Kutton, There would also been a probable possibility that The Guest House in which u arrange to stay in would pick u from kundal shahi.
