How do you rate the roads? I ve heard its car-able till Sharda.. what do you think?

road till sharda is good. with a few bad patches in between. but definitely car-able.
sharda to kel is a mud track. those 24km took 4 hours time.

fahad bhai k favours mei sb saypehly tou ye baat ati hai k unho nay trip say pehlay kafi help ki over the phone. mera pura trip plan suna aur uss mei apni recommendations di. like unhi k kehnay pay hum kutton ki jaga upper neelum rukay. phir upper neelum, sharda, arrang kel aur MZD mei bookings bhi fahad bhai k through he karwain. aur lastly arrang kel mei thori boht photography tips bhi haasil ki. sath mei we got to enjoy his company aswell. meeting a PWer bro is always pleasant
