Sir 15k is quite reasonable for it. In Lahore it costs around 20-25k for corolla.

It will be automatically removed with time, This is what i know. The coating gets thinner with time and in the end you are only left with your genuine clear coat.

In all things bro. You will be having a protector like coating on your car. Its like you get a new phone and install protector on its screen, same is the case with glass coating. It will prevent against scratches, swirls and oxidation. In proper glass coating procedure they also protect your upholstery, trims, interior, glasses and all. It also prevents your car from dirt and provides extreme water beading for years.

If someone gets his car glass coated would it need to be waxed for shine? or that cost and time is saved. Moreover, suppose a person washes car once a week and driver cleans the car with wet cloth would this coating last 2 years.

bro this depend upon different conditions
in pak i dont think a glass coating will last 2 years
more it will be 1 year that too with proper caring
however i dont have much information about glass coat but i m sure if one wax the car weekly and wash with proper car shampoo glass coat will last further longer.

Also much appreciated, as my car"s closing for 1000km inspection... What toyota dealership is supposed to do with the car... I mean what things should be checked by the dealership? Oil change,filter anything?

if you are not a type of guy which washes and cleans the car atleast twice a month then you should go for glass coating or a long life sealant.
but if you are a guy which loves to clean the car by own
then leave everything
buy some good detailing items from @ahmad_yar bhai which includes
car shampoo a good wax few mf towels washmit degreaser and apc and you are good to go
as much you wax and wash your car by your hands you will se its inhancing shine and gloss and you'll love it bro

Yes get your car glass coated. And regularly maintain it by washing by shampoo and waxing it after 2 weeks. It will be good for a year or two.
But, if you are a type of guy who loves cleaning his ride everytime then there is no use for glass coating. Clean your car yourself. And as you said your car will be washed only once a week and driver will clean it with a wet cloth, glass coat will be highly recommended for you. And dont just dry dust the car, it will cause swirls.

Bro, thanks fr the input...and yes i get my car washed twice a month and cleans the car using wet cloth each day by myself....i would try to get the car glass coated after Eid InshaaaAllah....

You can wax your car for maximizing the life of Glass coat but it isn't needed. If you will wax it then the results will be pretty good and glass coat will last longer.
Sir I'm on expert on that. You can ask professional detailers about. IMO your glass coat will last for 2 years if you properly maintain it. Like waxing your car after 2 weeks. Washing it every week isn't a big deal.

1000km inspection done from Toyota dealership....checked nut bolt, lubricants, filters and scanner as well for any sort of errors....Alhamdulilahhh all fine...gave me another voucher for 5000km inspection as well..labor charges wont be charged

Yeah its 3d detailing just near my office @8no....they are good as i have witnessed their glass coated example cars....they take 2days to get it done...charge 15000...2nd point is city motors opposite daewoo...they are good too...

Visited Sadikabad on my gli and surprisingly it given me the average of 18.9km with 80%ac....my average speed was 100kmph. Only difference was tank was filled with Hi octane with the ratio of 80, 20. <br />

Glass coating term is very famous these days. Basically it have hydrophobic formulated liquid which enhance the gloss of car and gives protection against UV rays, bird dropping, bug and tar etc etc.

Some coatings helps in preventing paint chipping from small pebbles.
