Kitni speed atee hai average?? It is possible that your ports may not be properly opened.

I am fine. What do you mean by enb. I am playing this game on my laptop 9600gt is the graphics card and its also running on windows 7. Update your graphics card driver and directx, it may resolve the black shading issue and do upload the pics of mods you have installed.

Bro its better you should buy a dvd from market. This game is on 2DVds so it will cost you 100rs. Or you will have to wait for a month at this downloading speed and its likely that you will spend much more electricity downloading it.

Well bro enb is the for graphic settings well windows 7 have direct 11 and i have his 512 mb ati radoen hd 5670 graphic card i have installed its driver well i will upload the pics of modes

I think your graphics card is insufficient to run gta 4 even then try the website to check your system and secondly i have HP notebook 1123tx which costed me 91000rs 1.5 years ago.
Nowadays a good gaiming desktop pc only CPU will cost approx 25000rs from hafiz center lahore, Which will have core2duo, nvidia 9800gt and 2gb ram etc.

Bro try using different crack from torrent. I have never experienced such problem. One thing i would say that you should not login. Because game can be launched without making rockstar club account. You should SKIP LOGIN when the rockstar club asks. Try this it might work.
