3zz fe was there in se saloon 9 years ago.

Dual vvti is only in zr series engines.

^^ i think its error coz 3zzfe which was coming in 2002-2005 se saloon corolla was not even vvti....vvti came on later version but not dual vvti....which is only coming in ZR series

A simple image search 3zzfe - Google Search and you will learn 3ZZFE is VVTI. SE Saloon was not VVTI

Pedal Shift is new shosha; never heard of it...Thai Toyota offers this in 2.0V only (their top of line; that we can only dream about here :D)
10th/11th May was confirmed by many; now even sales guys at 3S dealers are mentioning this date.

2nz-fe non vvti and vvti have same specs on paper, i dunno what this vvti is for? possibly better emissions?
and since 90% of 'rolla' ppl will be CNG'ing their rides, would it make a difference?

Is Toyota going to be offering 16 inch alloy wheels in the Altis? Because the 5 spoke wheels that people here said Toyota will be offering (and which come as standard in the international Corolla models) are only available as 16 inch wheels and not in 15 inches.
