the interior looks very straight, it gives a feeling of a black yellow taxi's interior. the pockets near gear lever leave open gives more untidy look. these pockets will fill up with dust in rural areas and they will be difficult to clean.. interior lack one gloves box compare to previous one. the organization of cd player, a/c knobs are pathetic. look like they through them on dash they arrange by themselves... overall it is not pleasant looking interior. such interior may increase the civic sale soon.

To some extent it can be said the quality of interior is cheap and the black plastic below waist looks dull even the carbon fiber panel is fake but i inspected the car at yesterday night for few second as it was dark so i will most final review after getting the car delivered with detailed pictures btw the car i inspected was corolla limited with 2.0 litter engine

corolla limitered,2.0L engine? here or in Dxb?

Few thing want to add.
I have been hit twice in the back both times by xli and driver came out said " g brake nahi laga and my rep was who was the stupid told u this car got brakes"
Secondly whenever u see xli ppl always they havent got any maners while driving so the car has got no class as is used as a taxi. And is checked on each checkpost.
No offence to corolla owners as exxeptions are always there

also white xli is very popular in villages and small towns

How many of those who are commenting on interior have actually seen it in real life? Do not judge on the low quality images of test cars posted here.

i dont see any problem with this interior, we cant except something exceptional from a corolla, even interior of existing model is just ok.. so i dont understand whats that special thing in present model which is missing in new one and is making some people to puke..
may b many are not impressed with more touch of black as i think most of us like light colour interiors..

I agree. 16.5 kpl is mot even achiev abel in Honda city which is most fuel efficient in 1300 category ... I last calculated manually it was 15.8 kpl

no petrol car can give more than 15km/l in city no matter how light u drive
also 13-15 is what Honda City gives and corolla's mileage is less than this everyone knows
if someone says 16.5km/l for Gli then either he doesnot know how to calculate mileage or his car runs on air instead of petrol

you explain what I want to say. new civic will soon be launce with refreshing front and new tale light, definitely capture the eyes of buyers soon.

no refresh of CIVIC before 2016 i can bet on it
Honda will launch City new model in end of 2014 or start of 2015 after corolla launch
after that CIVIC refresh in 2016 if any..
we must not forget that 8th gen was launched in 2006 and was replaced by 9th gen in 2012 end.. there was no even single minor change in 8th gen for 6 years.. this is Pakistan..

That back light difference in 8th Gen civic was negligible difference, now the face-lift difference is huge hence must be changed in coming future.

but look wise the change in 9 gen facelift is very significant

The difference in 9th gen face lift includes front bumper , lights , front grill , tail lights , a new trunk for bigger tail light , no change in rear bumper and slightly changed interior plastics which I highly doubt Atlas would launch here
They will just bring above said cosmetic changes here
And all these things can be bought within 1 lac budget
However if any one thinks to change the car after disposing off their VTi Oriel Prosmatec pre face lift they will have to add at least 4 lac rupees which is just a waste of hard earned money
Similarly paddle shifters n the shape of corolla is making me crazy but even if I get 24 lacs for my civic top of the line 2013 I will have to add 3 lacs more to bring altis cruise tronic Sr on road which again is a waste I think
Is dafa bhi maintenance ka soch k Mercedes nae Li next time leni hy paray gy corolla 28 lacs mein samjh se bahir hai

Buying any zero meter Pakistan assembled car is a waste of hard earned money due to consumer non-friendly duty and tax structure. Even duty on imported cars are also insane.
