2.transfer fee 2000
3. withholding tax 17000
4 income tax 2000
4. plate cost 300

total round abt 48K? is it?

Yes 48000, but that is the minimum.
because some charges(2000) for number of choice (not vip no.)
some charges for registration book if you don't want a paper.
Although it took 55000 for us in registering 2010 corolla, but all process was done by the showroom on our behalf, we did not even had to bring our car to the kacheri.
so my advice is to simply ask the dealer to get the car registered for you and give him the fees, you are all done.

Okay I bought a car the invoice is on someone else name ! I want to register it on my name but the person went abroad I only have the copy of cnic and invoice of the car will it get registered? In islamabad
