Sorry bro...went out of thread... Now after long time just read through it..
Simply block the pipe going from that purge valve (tikki) to intake manifold... It will solve ur issue of jhatka.. no other solution till now..

yai pipe change kar k meiny 5 yeaars and 1 lac kms mehran use ki thi .. ALHAMDULILLAH dobara yai jhatkon wala masla nai aya tha.. do it asap
