Brother all depends on condition. The condition of every part of the vehicle included. People selling vehicles in 6/7 lacs, and there are many who are not willing to sell their vehicles in not even 8/9 lacs.

The word "normal" may be different for you and for me as well. Difficult to say. Generally as i said a good vehicle may be between 6 to 7 lacs or even more depending on the condition.
