for cooling of cabin in mehran .. get it insulated from inside.. mehran doors and floor are not fully insulated.. heat from gear box even comes in cabin. gear box ki jaga py hath rekho you`ll feel it very hot.. i carpeted my car floor .. door insulation is pending...

How to get it insulated? Agar gear box wali jaga pe console lagaen to? Ya phir gear cover then? Plus floor carpet to hai meri gaari pe

Ya you are right turbo. Suzuki taxila persons are cooperative. And where do. U live? In Islamabad or Taxila? You bought car from Suzuki taxila?

Well Proverbial_ Slang its a nice effort to custom fit mehran aluminium. Radiator into charade. Hatts-Off. Did you also use AC in charade at that time? How was performance with that radiator?

turbo charger, for your kind info if work has to be done on condenser or cleaning then gas has to be recovered in a recovery unit which these idiots roadside vendors dont have. and refill exactly the same amount and top off the missing amount. and also in foreign countries releasing R-134a into air is offence and highly unprofessional. if you visit suzuki taxila motors every month then why didnt you get Ac work done from them. they have all the equipment including recivery machine also

Thank you for appreciation. Yes the factory ac with climate control was working. Never an issue with heat up. Thermo and auto fan were working as well.
I made a trip to Swat right after the install and my Charade went up and down despite extreme heat.
Even newer cars were overheating specially near Mardan.

i live in IsB g15.. bought my car from lahore.. not from texila.. i am basically from lahore but doing job in ISB region

I was home at that time and i was supposed to check two cars at the same time.. mine and my father.. and workshop has 20 - 25 cars at the same time to ac cleaning.. texila motors were demainding 5000 for this..

135K Kms on the Odo Mashallah. Been using Shell HX-7 since beginning. interval 5k Kms. Changed the genuine coolant to ZIC pre-mixed at 125K Kms. A/C is fantastic Alhamdolillah. Serviced twice since 2008 (gas refill as well)

FF CNG but havent used it since past 3 yeats. Hx7 is semi-synthetic and yes it can do more but I guess the filters can't.
