General tyres are not as I've seen many accident over PW and heard many of them
Immi bhai wait xulfiqar or some other expert will give you better suggestion
Any how I would suggest you low profile rims with belt tyres over them but nop it will ruin every single screw in ride

i got some big hands at toyota motors :D,no issue for that.
regarding insurance,i dont think so they'l have any objection infact its in their favour,yes car is insured if u wanted to ask this:)
