I have been using tires also from last 6 months on Alto VXR and driven around 8000 KM and these are fine so far I got these in 11K/tire in month of May.
In August 2021, I got these tyres for Rs. 35,000/- and old tyres were sold for Rs. 22,000/- including steel rims and wheel covers. Cost of new alloys was Rs. 45,000/-
And what is correct pressure
Since my tires are bigger and heavier so What I have decided is to fill 32 psi and not 36. Heavier tires when bounce too much can hurt the suspension. I have not kept the factory tires so cannot speak from experience there.
Whats the correct pressure as fill it up at 36 psi feeling lots and lots of bumps . And please also any one clarify i dont mind if warranty voids but will 165 70 R13 has any affect on suspension.. as it has only difference of -0.2 variance
1.5 years I have had my Alto, has no problems with suspension and it has 175s on it.
I have updated tyre size to 165 70 r13. What pressure should i maintain.
After many trial and error i am now keeping my tyre pressure at 30psi. 32 is also good if you want less rolling resistance but ride quality will slightly suffer.
