Our politician never lived a life of an ordinary citizen of Pakistan. Most of them got raised abroad or went to schools abroad. How can they feel the pain of a common man. There is no way they can.

Also though fuel prices here are same as US right now BUT purchase power of a common man is very low. In the long run only way we can control this thing is by strengthening our currency and economy.

''Petrol itna manga hogaya hai, hum khana kahaye ya petrol barataye rahae'', how about you just boycott the damn fuel. I swear, if a big majority of the public let's say even 50% boycotts fuel for 2-3 days I would love to see the reaction on the faces of our so-called polictians.

It's more fun to go for a "Laaang Maaarch" for the Chief Justice (who hasn't done squat) than to do it for issues like inflation and everyday utilities being out of reach. We don't wanna get bored pushing issues that matter.

Lawl! you honestly think that boycotting fuel is going to make any difference. Even if 50% of the population boycott fuel the rest of the 50% who have haram ka paisa will keep on buying fuel no matter how expensive it becomes because honestly we as a nation just dont give a FARK cos the ghareeb admi is the one who always gets corn-holed while the rich (including politicians) laugh all the way to the bank!

Please, you cannot even begin to compare the fuel prices in the developed world and Pakistan. Do people commit suicides in the West over inflation and ghurbat? NO! There is a balance in the ratio between what people in the WEST earn and what the fuel price is. Our Govt is to be blamed for that imbalance in our nation where a rise in every single penny means the difference between being able to afford the next meal or not!
