Thanks @consigliori , yeh i am new and just planning to get hands on my first 4x4, so LC80 is a better option?? I also need suggestions as i will be driving 350 Km a week in city and twice a month some sort of off roading trips, 2-3 time long trips yearly with family that will include off roading as well what are the better choices around 2 million . My initial idea was to get some reasonable SUV near 12-14 lakhs and spend 2 more to get it up to my requirement.
Also please guide me for suzuki vitara 2005-06 is it a decent off roader?

Bro LC80 with clean docs and in a good condition costs more than 2 million. Keep 200k (atleast) for bringing it up to standard. I have one for the last 4 years Allhumdulillah with 1FZ FE motor. It gives 3 kmpl. Anyone tells you otherwise is fooling you. The ones in pristine condition with goodies are not for sale unless the owner is in need of money or genuinely upgrading. You should start with an rkr. Partially restored. Then bring it up to date.

Yes, LC80 is a better than Patrol due to reasons stated above i.e. parts availability, parts cost, natural love for Toyota in Pakistan. Diesel 80's do 7-8 kmpl if in good health. Finding a clean one is a challenge.

2 million can get you a good Prado 96-97 or a later years Surf (only 5 seats), both of which are good vehicles for new off roaders. 2 million can get you a better make and model than 12-14 +2 but you will still need some extra to sort out the basics. If 2 million is manageable, focus on Prado n Surf unless you have a strong liking for LC80 n Patrols.

Vitara 2005-06 is a good vehicle and depends upon the level of offroading you want to do i.e. usually not used for serious offroading due to limitations of power, ground clearance, flex etc.
