The vehicle needs to be impounded as it is a threat to other road users. There is no fun and joy in driving a car which is "chalti to hai" but carries risk for all, rather it is insane and immoral.

Reminds me of my friends FX 87 yar CNG tank was stolen from it engine was Dead and was on petrol every sound u imagine came from the carand his father did restored the car engine build up CNG tank installed body done but after 1 month that poor fx was battered again and when i saw it after a month again it was near death he sold that car for 65K and that Fx was sold to a nice guy full respray and now that car is in good condiotn
Ek aur incident yaad aya.. about 2 3 months back I was with him going somewhere in this rocket ship.. When we stopped at a signal.. I was smoke coming inside the car.. I shouted "Oye aag lag gayi hy... He said "O easy ho.. aag nai hy.. silencer phatta hua hy oska dhuaaw andar arha hai.. " :pp

Its ironic that his parents allow him to mount a ride like that ! These are the merits of underage illegal drivers ! I wonder why doesn't our vehicle fitness department do something about these pathetic ghosts haunting the roads ?
